This building was re-engineered from existing stock and brought up to modern standards as required by Building Regulations.
As well as a range of new finishes, new plumbing and electrics, the building was re-enveloped externally with a high-grade insulated cladding which helps to almost eliminate any cold spots associated with older construction methods.
All the work was completed within the 6-week holiday period from beginning to end ready for occupation in September 2017.
