Cotaplan have started the next phase of their new build project in Devon. On completion of all external and internal trims, the mechanical and electrical 2 nd fixing will start this week to complete the works started in factory 250 miles away. Building offsite in this way vastly reduces the time required onsite after delivery – meaning less disruption.
